Primrose oil is obtained from the seed of the evening primrose plant and is considered one of the best remedies to cure eczema and other skin-related problems including redness, itching and dry skin. It contains GLA which is an omega-6 fatty acid that the body can convert to substances which reduce inflammation and cell growth. Primrose oil is very gentle and can be used as a moisturiser to keep dry skin hydrated. It also boosts blood circulation which is good for tired-looking skin.
